All candidates are handled confidentially and in the event clients need confidentiality, regarding their position, we will not reveal sensitive information or company identity before agreed. The process includes the preparation of the requirement specification, research and contact with candidates, interviews and assessments of candidates, individual reports and reference reports. The expected time frame from when an assignment begins, to the presentation of final shortlisted candidates, is from 6 weeks to 3 months, depending on the complexity of the assignment.
